This is the first time I have read one of Klassen’s books but I do plan to read more of her writings! Lady of Milkweed Manor is a well written novel that shows us characters in their humanness, flawed and yet showing us those moments when we can live beyond ourselves… seeking what is best, the highest good for others. You will find this to be a novel about love, sacrifice, patience, endurance, and redemption. Wonderful!
