The Bible Knowledge Commentary (Old Testament & New Testament), An Exposition of the Scriptures by Dallas Seminary Faculty.  Editors John F. Walvoord, Roy B. Zuck

Zondervan Nave's Topical Bible
Zondervan Exhaustive Concordance
Halley's Bible Handbook (Zondervan)
Holman Illustrated Bible Dictionary

Also, another book I will recommend is Systematic Theology by Wayne Grudem
