Sons of Thunder by Susan May Warren

This is the first book written by Warren that I have read and I really enjoyed it! Sons of Thunder, is the story of two Greek brothers and the woman they both love set just before WWII.  You follow their journey as they immigrate to America, find their way into World War II and eventually back to Greece. This story is an example of life when we struggle to go it on our own (without God), hardships, betrayals, sacrifice and finally redemption… Wonderful!
